I have a real bad hemorrhoid hanging around my anus, what should I do?

Hello Emane,

What to do depends on the condition of the hemorrhoid. All I can say is read up the information provided by HIH about the Peristal and about my own experience which I've written about in my posts.

If the hemorroid is sore and "hanging around" then it is almost surely clotted like mine was, and the remedy is to take large doses of bromelain and massage the hemorrhoid with your finger (use a disposable rubber finger protector) every few hours with some DMSO gel and push it back in. This should dissolve the clot in a few days and allow the blood to flow. It is important to keep pushing it back in otherwise it will clot again through being choked off. The blob closest to the handle of the Peristal will help to keep the hemorroid from popping out. Once the clot has dissolved the hemorroid will stay in much easier. Then just continue with daily Peristal treatments to keep the blood flowing and strengthen the walls to prevent it happening again. It took a few weeks for mine to completely disappear. If you have been suffering for a long time with it then I would expect it to take longer to heal. But the treatment is something you'll want to continue with anyway

HIH recommend the Peristal only for first and second stage hemorrhoids that don't stay hanging out, but I believe from my experience that it is also good for stage three and four hemorrhoids when combined with the bromelain and DMSO treatments. I thought my hemorroid was really bad, but it completely disappeared and has never returned. And my rear end has never felt better

if it is a small hemorrhoid ,just apply some ointment or suppository,you will get better once you use them.but this is not cures,i am a hemorrhoid suffer too, i hate it, I am searching some natural hemorrhoid cures ,I found many hemorrhoid sites, a hemorrhoid website called Hemorrhoid Cares, http://www.hemorrhoidcares.com ,it mentioned "natural cures for hemorrhoids",once for all, i am wondering if anybody has tried such natural hemorrhoid treatment before? there are many people said it can offer dramatic cures...

I had hemorrhoids myself and my first doctor gave me some medicine that doesnt helped. I then went to another one and he made a surgery. I think most of the time you need this too. Sorry to say that.
