Need to milk my prostate

Postby Newbie81 on Fri Dec 12, 2008 1:50 am

Hi,

I am trying to go several months without orgasm but wet dreams keep coming so I am intereste in prostate milking. Will this device help me empty my prostate and how effective is it? How long does it take and what is the success rate for draining the prostate with the device? Which device is best? Thank you

I am 59 years old and have chronic prostatitis and an enlarged prostate (based on ultrasounds and two biopses with both benign results). My urologist is doing a weekly massage on my prostate 4X for the first 4 months and it is now down to once a week as my wbc is back to normal. Although the symptoms have improved, I still have to pee 2 to 3X at night and the flow of my urine is still weak if I don't take Hytrin (2.5mg) before going to bed. I am also taking Avodart for five months now which would hopefully reduce the size of my prostate (it is 65 grams based on my ultrasound done two months ago with no change in size after 3 months of taking Avodart).

The right side of my prostate is still hard and my urologist has advised me to continue the once weekly massage hoping that some pockets would open up and release the bacteria trapped inside. I would appreciate for an honest advice more especially from the manufacturer of the product (High Island Health) if the use of the Pro-State massager would still help without any risk considering the size of my prostate which is 65 grams.

Many thanks.

Hello Amadeo,

I'm not a doctor, well I am actually but in engineering, so I can only speak from experience. The HIH prostate massagers are very gentle, so there is probably even less risk involved than having some else massage your prostate for you, and it has the great advantage that you are completely in control of the action and can have your massages at your leisure in complete privacy.

HIH have to be very cautious in offering medical advice because I'm sure you are aware that "alternative" treatments have to be 100% successful to be accepted whereas mainstream treatments only need be 20% successful to be hailed as a cure. And there are too many unscrupulous lawyers out there looking for the slightest opportunity to make themselves a profit by destroying good businesses.

So, as a very happy customer, I would highly recommend you try one of the Prostate massagers. I'm 5ft 4in and the PS New is the perfect size for me.

Best wishes,

GT

Hello Newbie 81,

It is good to practice ejaculation control and limit ejaculations depending on your age. At 61 I limit mine to once every two or three weeks. But the good news is that you can learn to enjoy multiple orgasms without ejaculation. These are more intense and of longer duration than regular ejaculatory orgasms and are very good for your health. The prostate massagers are not intended specifically for milking one's prostate, but will certainly assist in practicing ejaculation control and having multiple orgasms which helps your body to reabsorb your sperm and fluids and thus avoid wasting them in wet dreams.

There are two books that I've found very helpful in this regard :

http://www.amazon.com/Tao-Health-Sex-Lo ... 581&sr=1-1

http://www.amazon.com/Multi-Orgasmic-Ma ... 645&sr=1-1

These contain information and exercises that I wish I had known about 45 years ago!

Enjoy yourself and be happy; we are fearfully and wonderfully made!

I am not trying to have multiple orgasms, I am trying to have no orgasm for at least 6 weeks preferably loner and in order to do this I need to find a way to bypass wet dreams. I don't care about conserving fluids on the contrary I want to drain them so that wet dreams wouldn't occur for a short period of time 6 weeks. If anyone can give advice how to do this please let me know thank you.

Stop all intake of fluids for six weeks and take a strong decongestant such as Sudafed daily. This will prevent wet dreams for sure, and you will soon be completely drained, prostate and all.

Hello,

First, if you feel this is a medical problem speak to your doctor about this matter. From your post it does not sound like a medical issue. So, I will address this as a non-medical issue.

Male and females can have wet dreams. Some have wet dreams occasionally, others more frequently. Wet dreams are a normal part of human sexuality. (Only, if it is not caused by a medical problem)

Some women ejaculate fluid when sexually stimulated. For some women it a little, others ejaculate a lot. This is perfectly normal body functioning. But, for centuries women who ejaculated were viewed as abnormal. Only in recent years has the medical profession acknowledged that female ejaculation is normal, and healthy for all women.

Women in the past went to doctors looking for help to stop ejaculating, suffered ostracism, emotional and mental sickness over something that all the long was a indicator of excellent sexual health

So, you're wet dreams are normal. Unless a medically trained doctor determines that the wet dreams are caused by a rare physical condition. Generally, with normal wet dreams regular ejaculation will cause the wet dreams to subside. Additionally, sexual stimulation without ejaculating can stimulate your body to prepare for ejaculation. If you do not ejaculate your body will induce a wet dream to release the built up fluid.

Many men who spend excessive time watching sexually stimulating material not realizing that the body is being stimulated to ejaculate. If the fluid is not absorbed back into the body away from the genitals this builds up fluid in the prostate gland. The technique of multiple orgasms requires you to absorb the fluid, full penile ejaculation releases the fluid reducing the occurrences of wet dreams.

Each man is physically different. Some men ejaculate a little, other men can ejaculate frequently. Some ancient sexual practices discourage men from ejaculating too often, since if was felt that this would exhaust the body. Recently, if has been discovered that all men are not the same in this regard. Some, men can ejaculate several times a day without getting tired, and then latter the same day have sex again. Other men may have sex once a day or week and have to wait awhile before having sex again. Each mans ejaculatory ability may be different. So, you have to determine what works for you individually.

So, to reduce wet dreams try the following:

1. Visit your doctor if you feel this is a medical problem.
2. Ejaculate on a regular basis. Determine the frequency that works for your body.
3. Do not consume too much sexual stimulating material

On using the prostate Massager:

Most heterosexual men are not accustomed to ejaculating from anal stimulation, but it can be learned. So, while using the prostate massager you may need penile stimulation with prostate massage to release more fluid. The directions for using the massager with penile stimulation can be found at: http://www.healthysensus.com/Prostate.aspx

Sounds to me like you are trying to abstain from masturbation but are also trying to prevent wet dreams.

First, there is nothing wrong with wet dreams per se. Consider it this way: that when God designed the male body, he wanted an overload mechanism, a safety valve. However, I can understand that if the subject matter of the dream was something that you remembered, a subject for later fantasy about etc., that could be troublesome.

From my experience, the Aneros can be used to allow release of seminal fluid without an orgasm. It requires a lot of discipline and focus to do so, however. This can be best viewed as a health act, not masturbation.

What is much easier to accomplish is a release of seminal fluid with orgasm but without using any sexual thoughts, images etc. While this would still be masturbation, it would be masturbation without lustful thoughts and, in my view, preferable to masturbation where impure thoughts and images are used to push oneself to orgasm.

Please feel free to contact me if you need some direction.
